Technology can do better #2

You're making a call from your home phone. So you dial 603-xxx-xxxx and after a few rings you get this tone followed by a recording: "I'm sorry, you must first dial a one to complete this call."

Well duh!

Do it for me! Cell phones do! If you can connect to a recording, why not just redial it for me and put a '1' in front?

Not rocket science here - probably an easy fourth grade programming lesson.
